I placed an order on 3/18/23. Products to arrive on 3/28/23. It is now 4/22/23 and have not received anything. I have sent multiple emails and even chatted with someone on Messenger. They were supposed to check into this 5 days ago. Have heard nothing since then. I did receive. 12.00 credit but was charged 91.50. No customer service at all. Crickets!!! I would like my pins that I ordered, but at this point in time I just want a refund. I will never deal with this company again. I will spread the word as well. My order number is 4932. People run dont walk away from this company. Update on this post. I received part of my order 1 week ago. I am still waiting for 1 more thing but I am not holding my breath. I still would not order anything from this company. No customer service at all. Hope this helps people who are looking at this company. Additional update. I heard from the owner of this business today 6-14-23. The owner stated that the problem was with a 3 rd party vendor. I do believe that , but communication from the owner would have been appreciated. I received a discount on a future purchase valid for 30 days. I still wont purchase anything else from this business based on my experience. You dont get a second chance to make a first impression. This is my opinion.

NEVER order from here. I placed an order back in December. Still have not received. I've emailed, tried to call (mailbox always full), tried online chatting, no one ever answers. It's a scam...BEWARE. ** Update: merchant finally reached out and ultimately refunded my money. I cannot review the product as I never received because I opted for the refund. I've updated my rating as merchant did right by offering me my money back.

I unfortunately have to give a 1 star due to an unfulfilled online order and the zero customer service I've received. My order is a month past it's original estimated arrival window. I've reached out multiple times in the past month to see if there was any new updated ETA. None of my emails or Facebook messages have been responded too. I used to visit this store everytime I was in the city but I can't support a place that takes your money and doesn't respond back. Online Buyer Beware.

Heaven for a Broadway fans. The products are amazing. Great value and passionate service. The store was built with love and a lot of dedication to this industry. I salute the courage, the power and the creativity the store and its designers created. Its a safe place for us. THANK YOU!
