The 3 stars just means "neutral"...I just ordered my first kit and got an email saying it was currently ready to ship, BUT when I read that it would be from DHL, my heart sank. DHL has got to be THE SLOWEST, RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL group of people (at least the ones I've had personally deal with)...I BEG you Prose, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find another shipper. If your product is all that, I'm sure your customers would be GRATEFUL to have a responsible, reliable and professional company delivery your product. DHL is none of those things.

I read Elizabeth Aniol's review and all I can say is DITTO! I ordered shampoo, conditioner and curl cream 2 weeks ago. Before I completed the ordering process, Prose represented to me that the order would arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. I received an email from Prose on 8/3/21 stating that my order had shipped via DHL. 9 days later, I still have not received my order so I checked DHL tracking, which had not changed since 8/3. I contacted DHL, who informed me that Prose had never delivered the package to them but merely had created a DHL shipping label. What is this trickery?!? I contacted Prose via their website but note that they require 2-3 days to respond. There is no customer service phone number for Prose. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Prose again and feel as though I should be permitted to cancel my current order as it never left Prose. "Processing" an order should not mean creating a shipping label that Prose has no intention of using for 9 or more days. Prose's business practices are akin to fraud. Here is Elizabeth's review, which was written in 3/21: I've yet to try the product, so this review is exclusively regarding Prose supply chain - in short: it's TERRIBLE. For 2 small bottles of haircare that I'm shelling out $50 for, I DO NOT want to wait A MONTH for it to come from Brooklyn to Queens. A friend of mine ordered a week after me and got her order a week before me. My first customer service inquiry was fielded and responded to nicely and promptly. My second was ignored all together. At this point, I don't really even care how the product works - I'm sure it's great, it's smells luxurious - I highly doubt I'll ever order again for those wait times and wouldn't recommend based on my experience. Get it together Prose.

Prose is revolutionary for my hair. Take it from a girl who has a lot of hair that is always a hot mess with my 2a to 3a hair strands. My custom Prose formula has now given me BEAUTIFUL messy hair. So soft, not dry, Bouncy, not flat. Shiny, not dull. Big surprise, the humidity does not completely take over and ruin my hair. I used my custom Prose shampoo and conditioner, only. Wet hair in rollers for about 30 minutes with no heat or styling products. This is my personal review, and I purchased my own products.

The BEST hair care line for my aging and stubborn straight hair. Products are cruelty free, amazing for softness, volume, and body, and smell luxurious. I also have sensitive skin and never have experienced a breakout from my line. Nothing like having wonderful products custom-made for my unique needs. Happy customer of over 3 years now. 5 stars!
