        Do not buy wifi from them, they have staff who arrive 1.30 hours late for appointments

        I'm in the process of opening a restaurant and we were having trouble with our internet for several days even after having a tech come look at everything. They eventually sent Raf and he was amazing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - made sure everything was perfect and in working condition before he left. Spent a couple hours on site and was very thorough. He deserves 5 stars!

        Ended up having to spend an hour on the phone with spectrum after the staff here made several mistakes on our account which resulted in no wifi and them almost charging us for equipment we did not have
