Spectrum Store

If you're dreading going to the cable store, this isn't one of them. Management and staff are so so helpful here - shoutout to Suzanne. If you're starting up new internet or mobile service (seriously, look at the trade in deals) & were thinking about doing it online, you probably are gonna need to go to the store to get the hardware anyways ... and teh phone trade ins are instant in store.

First of all, I just want to say how satisfied I am with my services with Spectrum and for how great the customer service is. I went to this location on 2/16/2024 to return a device. I had an upgrade so I needed to return the old router. The person who took care of me was Suzie. Oh God never in my life have I had a such good experience with customer service. Suzie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and fast and very kind. From the minute she introduced herself I felt so comfortable with her. I returned the old device and ended it by switching my line from AT&T to Spectrum Mobile, I also activated my Apple Watch I had a difficult time getting help from AT&T when I was trying to transfer my line but even tho At&t was being hard on me, Suzie was very patient with the useless customer service of AT&T and waited for me to get everything done to welcome me to Spectrum Mobile. She made sure everything on my account was on point she explained all the details of my plan and she even called her manager to give me a little discount as a welcome. I was unable to complete the activation of my Apple Watch because I was super late for work and Suzie emailed me all the instructions to continue with the setup. All I want to say is THANK SO MUCH. Suzie if you are reading this. Thank you so much for being so helpful and charming. We do need people like you in this world. You made my day and I'm pretty sure you made other people's day.

I will make sure the rest of my life I will never use another spectrum service. The customer service is so trash, take you forever to ask for any help. WiFi is so trash, constantly break and unstable, slow! They ask you a million questions, to extend til they asking your personal life and habits with internet. They will keep offering you services til you want to scream shut up. and they send you a million ads. This is by far the most annoying service I get from any type. They send you ads to you mail non stop. Its not environmental friendly and super unnecessary. Please look elsewhere. Even you have to spend more, the service will be much better more, waste less your time and more efficient.
