    They do not honor their contracts and suddenly doubled the charges. When you call, their is no rep to talk to and they basically say your better off going to another carrier. It almost sounds like they are trying to go bankrupt on purpose, so strange and we have been with them for over 10 years!

    I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A BIG FAT ZERO IF I COULD. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY ANYONE CAN SIGN UP FOR. STAY AWAY. THEY HAVE THE WORST STAFF AND THEY ARE ALL LIARS. RUN RUN RUN. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEM. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS WITH THE CLIENT. THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU WITH ANY ISSUES. THEY ALL HAVE LIED CONTINUOUSLY WITH THEIR SERVICES WITH THEIR OVERSEES INCOMPETENT STAFF. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AGAIN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN. I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. READ THEIR IMPACT STATEMENT ALL OF IT IS A LIE. THEY WILL BE A "PARTNER" GIVE ME A BREAK. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY! SCAMMERS! After a two and a half year relationship paying $151 a month to Windstream, with only 6 months left on the contract, we received December 2023's invoice stating that they randomly decided that they want us to pay a 100% increase = $302 a month. I called customer service thinking that this must be a mistake. I was laughed off the phone by the rep and encouraged to switch providers or else I will have to pay a 100% increase over my last months bill. But that if I did terminate the contract early that I would be charged an early termination fee. She basically laughed on the phone at me stating that I can cancel the contract but that since my contract doesn't expire for 6 more months I will have to pay an early termination fee. SCAMMERS! If you want me to switch providers let me out of my contract. Don't threaten to charge me an early termination fee or pay 100% increase in the rate for 6 months!!
