Very bad experience. Joke of a cake icing. On top of that, asked for more napkins than three pieces, and the staff working there wouldnt give me any. I said this was crazy, given how much we had paid. And then she wouldnt stop screaming at me. I said I would post my comments here, and she screamed louder. Your staff need training Haggen-Das.

I was provided with excellent service, the employees were kind and welcoming, and the store looked very neat and tidy. Looking forward to returning soon!

My experience was terrible. The staff have no knowledge. I went to redeem my 50 points offer of free cone, they scanned it before redeeming the item and said its not working. Had to go to another location to redeem it. There were too many people for service (the whole family i guess) with absolutely no knowledge of how to treat customers. Treated me as if I went there with a suspicious offer. The offer was a reward on my Haagen Dazs app. They need to be trained.
