What an insanely special experience! I stayed here with my family in the towers, and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
The staff are genuinely happy, kind and helpful. The hotel is so warm and inviting, like coming home after a long day. And the room was so spacious and comfortable with the most incredible views of the city!! (Location was also perfection)
My girls had never experienced New York before, and Im so happy we chose here for their first time. We will be back. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

The grand affair of staying at Lotte New York Palace in the heart of New York City! Where the dreams of luxury mildly clash with the reality of living. Its a tale of love and mild inconvenience, wrapped up in an overpriced package.
The location is unbeatable, truly a 10 out of 10. If New York City were the solar system, this hotel would be the Sun.
The staff and housekeeping are nothing short of spectacular; they treat you better than my grandmother did when I visited her house as a kid, and she was the queen of hospitality.
However, stepping into the room is like entering a time machineand not in a cool, sci-fi way, but more like, Oh, so this is what 1982 looked like. The charm of yesteryear's dcor is screaming for a makeover; nostalgia is one thing, but I didnt sign up for a historical reenactment of outdated interior design.
On the brighter side, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are so comfortable.
But then, theres the elevator situation in the towers section. Waiting 15-25 minutes for an elevator every time makes you wonder if taking the stairs might turn you into a fitness influencer by the time you check out. And taking the stairs from floor 48 certainly would!
The bar and the food are there. Yes, thats the reviewthey are indeed present, but nothing to write home about.
Kudos to the concierge, though, who mustve graduated top of their class in attentiveness.
The Maybach as a house car adds a nice touch of what could be to the stay. The concept of zipping around in it is exhilarating, but actually catching a ride? Its like winning the lottery, but less likely. Not a single time was I able to actually ride it.
This hotel masquerades as a 5-star experience but is really a very solid 4-star. Its like a peacock strutting its stuff, only to realize its actually a turkey. A very upscale, charming turkey, but a turkey nonetheless. If it embraced its 4-star reality with the price tag to match, it would be nothing short of magnificent.
