Staff was kind, but the WiFi they charge you extra for didnt work the whole stay, meaning it would disconnect every 20-30 min and would have to renter the room number to reconnect. Odd having wifi that doesnt work well in a place like Manhattan and was unexpected.

Rooms are small yes. But the location is excellent as there is a substation very close by and while the hotel doesn't do breakfast, there is a market very close by that does do a breakfast buffet. For the price you won't find something better for a trip to New York.

This is a great value for Manhattan. Hotels are outrageously priced here. The front staff is friendly and helpful. Its simple and clean. They have tea and coffee available each morning. The one negative is its very south so keep that in mind. I recommend it!

I spent a very nice 5 nights here with my girlfriend. The rooms are spacious, very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating and the security in the lobby always made you feel safe. The destination fee was included in the price when booking via Agoda. The location is also perfect and metro stations are very close. We recommend! Rooms: Very modern, spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Nearby activities: There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. You can also check out the Financial District, take a free ferry to Staten Island from Battery Park, or take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Safety: The reception is always manned, there is security in the lobby and the elevator can only be operated with the room card. Walkability: The Financial District, Battery Park and numerous metro stations are easily accessible.
