STAY AWAY!!!!! Worst company to deal with. My daughter finished her treatment and her teeth are not straight. We spoke to a few people there and all said thats all they can do Communication is horrible, hard to understand them because they have heavy accent. Do yourself a favor stay away!

I bought smile direct aligners and they didnt work after wearing them for the time prescribed. The aligners were also cheaply made and cut my gums. I was told (by them) to use a nail file to adjust so they would hurt less. I went back and they said they would try to correct it. I finally saw a real orthodontist who told me I needed to have it corrected with Invisalign and use a diamond file to create enough space to move and align properly my bottom bite. I spent 2,500 with smile direct and wasted years only to have to start all over. I want a refund. I used the product as described and it didnt work, in fact, it seems to have caused issues that I now need to have professionally corrected. This needs to be made right by smile direct.
