is there an easier way to take this capsule rather than swallowing with water, the smell/ size of the pill makes me so nauseous :( I'm on day two and really struggling to ingest given the size and smell.

The first shipment was shipping professionally and arrived promptly. However the second shipment was shipped after the first bottle was already finished and it never arrived. Don't see a point in continuing something that should be taken regularly but the company cannot ensure it is delivered in a reasonable time frame. Normal companies are sure to ship product a few days in advance in order to avoid a gap. Wish I could get a refund for the first month since that was a waste.

Well i like their products but honestly its twice now that i have ordered their hair vitamins only to have them guarantee a delivery date and have them never show up... and not just days late, they never show up! Then ive had to go through the headache of dealing with the return process and refund etc. Honestly its too bad that their delivery process and customer service is whats ruining a perfectly good product.
