I started coming to Hair Rules about two years ago, and this Salon and Mr Dickey have literally changed my hair life. Ive embraced my natural curls, stopped trying to look like someone else, and love myself and my hair. If you want someplace where the employees will just smile and nod, and do whatever you want. This salon may not be for you. But if you want a place that will educate you while listening to both you and your hair, this is the place!
