I really had high hopes for this place and I never type reviews because I can usually overlook or rationalize my experience, but I am pretty disappointed with this particular one. The biggest reason for only giving two stars is the hair stylist did not talk with me about what I wanted. Once I sat down she didn't ask me what style cut I was looking for. I insisted on showing her a picture, she quickly looked at it, said it was a pretty cut and cut my hair, without once checking with me whether I liked what she was doing during the cut. I had to ask to see the back at the end and she insisted it was a great cut for me, no consideration of whether I was happy with it (it's a cute hair cut, but it's much shorter than I wanted because I've been trying to grow my hair out, I would have preferred it be too long). I guess I'd rather only pay $35 + tax to be disappointed. I really hope they work on their communication skills.
