Terrible all around. Picked up item in store, no one bothered to check what they were giving me. Got all the way home (by cab) and discovered I had the wrong item. Store told me to call online service. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. Incompetent, incompetent, incompetent. They have lost me as a customer. By the way, Wayfair has the same item for 50% of the price.

Nice staff and a great location. Some items are priced reasonably. Especially kitchenwares. Furniture is elegant but more on the expensive side.

I find the SAs here unwelcoming, and some are downright rude. No one asks if I need help, and when I ask for help I'm treated dismissively, like I'm annoying them. Glassware and barware here aren't packaged in boxes, which I find bizarre, especially if the store is promoting these items for the holidays. When I asked for a box, they said they don't even have any. To make it worse, I had requested a gift receipt, but the SA didn't give me one. Well, I can't give this as a gift anymore (and I needed it by today), so I'll have to return it. There's some inventory here for you to see things in person, but I really can't recommend the shopping experience.
