Do NOT waste your time or MONEY calling this company. Our saga began end of January with a service call to estimate repair on a new recliner from a clearance center, hence no warranty. They were upfront about a service call charge of $150 plus tax, that would not be credited towards the repair. That said, almost 6 weeks has passed since then. The owner/manager?, Christopher Tantillo, is unable to find the part to repair the chair, communication in that regard has been next to nil, I've been told conflicting information when I do initiate contact, the rep I was dealing with at the beginning was unresponsive and has left the company, and today, told they cannot repair the chair, nor will we receive any reimbursement for the $150 plus tax. We are retirees, my husband is disabled and needs the power recliner, and we're back to square one. Zero stars is the realistic rating.

Very professional and a beautiful onsite restoration. This is the second time I have done business with them and I would have them back when necessary.

We had 2 projects with this company . We had them come and touch up all scratches on our kitchen cabinets . The guys were meticulous in their work . We also had Byron strip three cabinet doors and refinish them . They look brand new and the color matches perfectly. They did a fantastic job. I recommend this company .

Paid way too much for what I got. They did repair some minor damage to my kitchen cabinet base which turned out well but the retouch they did to one of my cabinet doors has already worn away. I even had to tell the guy to take the handle off the cabinet so he could get at the worn spot to paint it. He was trying to work around it? They also buffed my dining room table but it didn't come out even, now I have patches that don't have the same sheen as the rest of the table. Guy came back, looked at it and said it was the best he could do. If I had known it wouldn't come out even I wouldn't have bothered. He did not tell me this up front. Bottom line: yes, they did fix some cabinet damage but the rest of the work they did was a waste of $.
