      Hello Audrey, I would like to apologize for any confusion our staff may have caused you. We are as mom-and-pop as it gets here, and we do have multiple suppliers in which we receive different shipment prices from, which may result in varying prices for our merchandise. However, I would be disingenuous if I weren't to assume that you meant our employees at the time did give you varying prices for the exact same items/merchandise, since there was an occasion in which this occurred prior. If that was the case, I would like for you to know that that is an issue which I have spoken to our staff about as well, in which we take very seriously here.       image I bought wedding flowers from this shop and flowers delivered dead on my wedding day. Im extremely disappointed and they ruined my very special day. When I called for replacement and they extorted me for more money for fresh flowers. I will not recommend this place to anyone or any special occasion! Unless you want your day to be ruined.

As far as quality flowers go, we always do our best to provide the best quality fresh flowers we can, especially when it is for special events like a wedding. However, in the event that there were bad quality flowers that needed replacement, I agree that we should have accommodated for you in that case.
