A&B flower shop

Charged me $16 for flowers labeled $10. I was suspicious when the man (shorter, darker skin possibly hispanic) didnt show me the total and just held out the terminal where I needed to tap. Came home to see the spur of the moment up-charge. Not cool

Wonderful shop and reliable. Always a nice selection. No need for a fancy florist.

Actually ridiculous - not only do they have a limited supply of flowers, but the people working there have no knowledge or expertise on the flowers theyre selling. A friend of mine went with me and we asked about flowers that were safe for cats. I understand not being able to speak English as I come from an immigrant family myself - but to proceed to pretend were not even there when you dont understand what we are there for is extremely unprofessional. After repeatedly asking them hoping to get some sort of answer, the guy there shrugs and says I dont know while avoiding eye contact. Im all for small businesses, but if that means you dont attempt to learn basic communication in a language thats prevalent in a neighborhood youre doing business in, then how do you expect to know what your customers are looking for? Take your business elsewhere.
