        This so called Bank can't even issue a bank check. I can't wait to move my accounts to a real bank.

        Very positive experience at this Charles Schwab branch on Broadway & 21st street just north of Union Square. I needed a service and had difficulty finding it at other banks, and this location was very helpful, when I needed help on short notice and was able to schedule an appointment with the staff through email and a short phone call, who were very friendly and professional.
