Ryan Besinque is not the lawyer you want. He is absolutely pathetic. When judges and lawyers look at Ryan, they see a pushover. They see someone they can manhandle. As you see below, In response to this review, Ryan Besinque says that there were, "several factors that influenced this case". However, during our two year fight to win me the right to see my children, Ryan was sure that the courts would allow me to see my children. Time and time again, Ryan told me that I would be able to see my children. I followed Ryans advice to the Tee. Nothing worked. I ask you this, if Ryan now says that there were several factors that influenced this case why would he have told me repeatedly that I would see my children. He should have been honest. Obviously he was just being a typical lawyer and lying. To this day I still have not seen them. It has been 97 months since I have laid eyes on my two beloved children. In addition, Ryan accompanied me to a New York State law office which had no impact on my case. It was awkward. We were just sitting there and everyone was looking at us like, why are these guys sitting here. Ryan obviously didnt know what this office was capable of doing legally and ryan was using me as his crash dummy. In addition, even though I complained to Ryan that I did not like that I wasnt present during conferences, Ryan did nothing about that. My new Lawyer Immediately told the same judge in which Ryan and I had that I did not agree to private conferences. Ryan obviously didnt know that he could do that and even if he did he wouldnt have had the courage to do so. The New York Courts look at Ryan and they see someone who poses no obstacle to their will. When judges and lawyers feel that way, they will knock you any which way that they please. Because when you give an inch, they'll take a light year. I highly encourage you to seek a lawyer that wants to fight for you. You deserve better. Sincerely, Evan Spielman

Mr. Bensique represented me last summer for a domestic violence dispute as I was the victim in this matter. Although I did not receive restitution for damages that were done, I was able to receive an order of protection for 1 year. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Bensique.
