      image Lazy, ineffective lawyer who charges an obscene $500 per hour . I had to do the all the fighting to get a fair settlement in the divorce negotiation. James kept saying take the deal, take the deal in the heat of negotiations, and then gave me faulty information that resulted in my settling for less than what was fair by NYS law.
