This Im my 3rd or 4th pair of glasses The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable just phenomenal, during the pandemic I went to a local optometrist , and lets just say I am happy to be back with these folks , They explained everything clearly and help me to choose great pairs of glasses that fit my needs that I have been happy with each time. One New York Plaza staff the best, I know at least two colleagues that have purchased with you guys and they were equally pleased with the service they received

The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. This recent time I went, Jill made scheduling my appointment so easy and made me feel welcomed. Jennifer greatly assisted me in finding the right frames and answering any questions I had. They were a great team. I highly recommend anyone to go there.

Everyone that works here is super nice and friendly. The place is clean and organized, and they take you right away so there's not so much waiting around. Definitely recommend!
