The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Their phone cases are locked behind a case and need al key to open. I rang the assistance button and stood there for 15 minutes with no assistance. When an employee finally came to help me she said she didn't have the key. and walked away. Another 5 minutes go by. and she doesn't return. I finally track down another employee who also doesn't have a key. I have to wait another 5 minutes. When he finally comes back he then says I can't even have the merchandise, he has to bring it to the register. When I get to the register it wasn't there and I had to continue to wait.

The amount of STUPIDITY I just had to deal with is ridiculous. Im sure a MULE could do a better job than some of these people here. I get to order pick up, just to be told right then and there that not only were items that I purchased were no longer in stock, but that they were cancelled without MY PERMISSION. Now any other time, Im able to change the location of where I would like my item to be sent, but no, yall just cancel peoples orders without their permission. Disgusting!!! Common sense would say to ask the customer if they would like a refund or if they would like their order to be sent elsewhere. Then they had the actual audacity to give me a an open pack of paper towels Now why oh why would you even think that thats okay?? Again, NO COMMON SENSE. Target better be glad theres no Walmart in NYC because Target is NOT IT anymore.
