I just have to say that the manager melanie is a superstar she really took her time and broke down the whole process for me and answered every question i had ..she is extremely knowledgeable and she makes this place run right i am truly thankful for making my visit a good experience great customer service is rare nowadays but she is a star

Disrespectful staff. Complete scam only want your money. Been coming to this place for years and always a new staff each worse than the last. They lack professionalism and do careless work for the all the money they will take from you. Dont give this place your money you will regret it!!!

I would like to give a wonderful Woman Day Appreciation day to Melanie the manager on 125th. She took the time to explain what I will be needing for my daughter when it comes to braces & retainers. Shes a blessing some places need to have a great manager like her in their establishment.

At first I didnt like this place because the doctors they had didnt know what they was doing when I was telling them about the bracket putting too much pressure on my gums. They told me to get a deep cleaning which had nothing to do with it and I was still having pain. The owner was not understanding. I spoke with the nice receptionist and she insisted on me to stay and see another doctor who told me I did get an infection because of the bracket. Im satisfied with the new doctor and the receptionist thanks to her.
