The worse dentist experience I have ever had. I would not recommend anybody. The staff is rude. I called for a broken tooth but I was booked for cleaning without knowing. It took more time than I planned. The assistant does not speak English, she started speaking Spanish to me, without knowing if I understand. The hygienist has bad hands and she does not explain anything. In addition, she is very slow at working. At my first impression, the dentist seemed expert, but he put a filling to rebuild a broken tooth and I lost it after few hours. The waiting area is dirty. I will never come back.

I had pain and was told by Dr. Smith that my crown had to be replaced (no further explanations were given). After the crown was replaced - with the fastest and crudest dental procedures I have ever experienced - the pain remains. It was definitely the poorest dentist experience I have ever had. I would not recommend anybody else to see this dentist.

Great experience and Dr. Smith does excellent work every time. He has been my dentist for over 7years.
