I was told in person my treatment would be covered by my health insurance. I have received a large bill nearly 5 months later with no explanation. Do not go here.

I only scheduled a $120 teeth cleaning but was charged for x-rays and other costs related to being a new patient which were not explained up front totaling $425! While these costs were covered by my insurance, I have a $1,000 annual cap which is now significantly reduced so that I will incur around $3,000 out of pocket costs if I have all of the recommended preventative care done with Tend. The staff were all polite and professional otherwise and my cleaning was painless yet thorough.
