I've had trouble in the past finding a good Dentist, but my experience at LuxeRx has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Pole and the entire staff are really great and do an excellent job keeping me informed and comfortable. I highly recommend this place - 10 out 10!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Luxe RX Dental Practice in NYC and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Pole. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Pole's expertise and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and address all of my concerns, ensuring that I felt informed and confident in the care I was receiving. Her gentle and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I felt well-cared for throughout the entire process. LuxeRx Dental, led by Dr. Pole, is the epitome is what every dental office should be. From beginning to end I was amazed with this office, its staff, and my overall results. Dr. Pole's approach made all the difference in my experience. I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist. Dr. Pole went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Shes meticulous in every aspect of her work, combined with her genuine care for her patients, she sets a new standard for dental excellence. I cannot recommend LuxeRx Dental and Dr. Pole enough for anyone seeking compassionate first class dental care. What a gem! I wish they were store front, because I would have loved to learn about them way sooner. I live right across the street and can't believe what I've been missing. First they offer you these cute little add-on's for your visit, of course give me an eye mask while you clean my teeth. Dr. Pole was very thorough with my cleaning, she did not rush it, as my previous hygienist did, I'm not sure if their is a difference, but the fact a doctor was doing my cleaning, I can tell the difference(amazingggg). I came back for a follow up visit, for some clenching on my jaw. I booked accidently with the wrong doctor on Zoc doc, but the experience was the EXACT SAME. I seen Dr. Wong, for masseter Botox, and was really pleased with my results. She too was very thorough, and was so sweet. Usually I have a favorite and I really cant pick between them, but I can say I found my favorite dental office for sure. From the doctor's , to their great staff. Thank you!

I just moved to NY and choose this dentist due to location and all the positive review. However, my experience was not positive. In the first appointment, I was told I needed a deep cleaning which involved a local anesthetic. In the 50 years I have been going to the dentist, I have never been told that. Dr. Wong was ready to do that immediately, but I was hesitant so scheduled that for another appointment. No one told me it would cost $200 when I made the appointment. When I arrived, they asked me to pay up front, before submitting the bill to insurance which is highly unusual. When I saw the EOB from my insurance, it said I was supposed to pay $100 less than I was charged. I raised this issue and the office manager said that they did not submit the non-covered charges to insurance. This is not normal at all. All charges should be submitted to insurance, and it is up to the insurance company to decide what to cover or not. In addition, in the second appointment, Dr. Wong tried to convince me I needed a custom mouth guard and wanted to do the scan on the spot. She did not explain any costs or if insurance covered it. I said no and bought a mouth guard on amazon for $20. Dr. Wong's business practices are highly unethical and not consistent with the health care industry. She does not tell patients costs of treatments up front and is not submitting entire bills to the insurance providers. She is also trying to upsell you on the spot in order to extract more money out of you for procedures that may or not be needed. Avoid this office at all costs.
