        Its 1:18 am on a Thursday morning; the automatic system has confirmed that the store is open until 2 am M-F and has me on hold, promising that someone will be with me shortly, but the doors are locked and it doesnt seem anyone is inside. There are no hours posted on the door, but according to Google Maps, Duane Reade is open 6 am to 2 am M-F, and the business confirmed these hours two weeks ago. Such a waste of peoples time. Just post whatever hours the store will actually be open, and then stick to those.
