Im giving 5 stars for specific interactions with Sam at this location. She was incredibly kind to let me use the restroom (Im 8 months pregnant) where others here have told me they dont have time to open the door. This is our closest pharmacy so Im a regular customer. Also she pointed out I could get some coupons and discounts on my items and made sure I got them. Very happy to return now to this location :)

Feels basically pointless leaving a heated review of a pharmacy that doesn't care/isn't going to change. But I'd advise anyone actually reading this to use literally ANY other pharmacy than this one. I've never experienced such a gutter of an establishment in my entire life through any pharmacy... CVS or not. There has not be one time where I've called and they've answered. Not once. I've waited multiple times on their automated hold for over an hour EACH TIME. I either give up and hang-up or the system hangs itself up basically wasting my time. Even the pharmacy I'm trying desperately to switch to cannot get into contact with them as they don't answer. How are you a business as important as a pharmacy with a purpose that's critical to many people to be so careless and aloof with absolutely GARBAGE of employees to not even give a sh** to answer customer or professional calls?? Baffling to me. They even had me at one point try to middle man between them and Rite Aid when they wouldn't transfer my prescription without having Rite Aid call them. Lazy. And call you for what? To not answer? Lmao. This pharmacy and their staff are a joke.
