If I can give this store a lesser point value I would......let's start with management, the managers in this store are the worst. They don't take time to help, or troubleshoot a situation!!! They get bothered when you ask them a question, and really brush you aside if they just punched out and are leaving, yet they stay lurking around the store, talking up gossip with their coworkers for an eternity

This store needs to do some staff changes or firings. I called to find out about passport photos and the horrible woman had me on speaker phone and I could not hear her and asked her to take me off speaker phone and she just yelled into the phone where I could not understand the lack of proper customer service and lack of kindness. Disgusting...
