Madewell - Closed

Would have been 5 stars but the manager/ employee (asian girl) pawned off our exchange to a new girl who was asking her for help ... and the poor new girl was messing everything up amd we waited 30 more minutes Other than that , perfect!

Amazing customer service here. I got home and realized there was a very small stain on my brand new pants that I hadnt noticed. I believe it was Timothy who helped me and exchanged them. He was so kind, got me an untouched pair from the back, set me up with a dressing room to make sure they worked and said hed grab another pair for me to try if they didnt. I usually buy expensive luxury denim and let me tell you those stores wouldnt have done that for me!! And great pants too. Ill be back.

I dont know if its because it was 5 PM and everyone has had a long day but Ive never been so ignored in a retail store. I even had a question to ask, and was provided no help or follow up. Maybe they dont want to sell?

Have been to various Madewell locations and this ones customer service is the best. They are attentive and proactive. The store is organized. And huge kudos to Emily who went above and beyond to help me today 2nd Dec!
