        There was a trade in promotion and an employee make a mistake by ordering incorrect phones, I went back to the store and was able to re-order the ones that I wanted, but the promotion was never honored because it was expired by the time I went back (literally the next day, I noticed when I received my bill which it was over a $100 more; store supervisor stated that she was going to resolve the issue and it never happen. It has been 6 months and 10 customer care calls (average of 1 hour per call) and no one has resolve the issue yet, of course the only one who is having a hard time is me.

        Service is not good here.Im a T mobile One loyal customer for 8 years ,every month I Pay 160usd,and the lady staff with tails does provide me decent service.
