        Mr. Dave here gave us outstanding support with a long overdue upgrade/swap of on out phone. Wish more information of the disassembly and recycling of the old phones was provided by T-Mobile. Dozens of costumers flow in to pick up free handouts of plastic lenses for the eclipse. Unfortunately they seemed like the kind of item that soon will end up on the landing/incinerator. We did learn that on other occasions T-mobile freebies are more zero waste minded as notebooks. Something to ponder: why do we costumers love freebies so much?

        Pris and James (manager) were very helpful in what was a nightmare scenario dealing with T-Mobile online. They helped me with correcting order issues, potting my numbers, and talking to customer care for me. Without this store I'm still dealing with phone reps who were horrendous and error prone. Pro tip - go to this store and skip the phone! It's way faster and more stress free. Thank you guys for your support!
