Wow! We just hosted a dinner party and Chef Chris knocked it out of the park with his food, cocktails and service. Everything was prepared fresh on site, and the food was truly delectable. The appetizers were creative and beautifully presented - Im still dreaming about the crispy prosciutto bite he prepared! The entrees were perfectly cooked and so fresh. Chef Chris was wonderfully communicative and responsive leading up to the event. His professionalism, talented culinary skills and easygoing personality made the night so smooth and enjoyable for us and our guests. Plus our kitchen was sparkling afterwards! Thank you to Chef Chris and his team for a wonderful evening. I highly recommend him and look forward to using him again.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish ! Chef Chris is fun and engaging from the moment he walks in the door. He arrived with all the ingredients to cook from scratch a wonderful meal for our dinner party for 10 people and was able to graciously accommodate for a last minute additional guest. We are foodies and were excited to learn some techniques and watch him work his magic. He is good at reading the room and assessing what the crowd needs. He set my table, prepared our meal, served us and cleaned up all along the way. The kitchen was clean , our bellies were full and we had a fun experience to share with our friends and family. Chef Chris is personable, friendly and professional!

Highly highly recommend! Chris made the cocktail party go seamlessly! So much delicious food, festive cocktails, and incredible presentation. He and his guy were so nice and efficient, they took care of everything, and you can tell they are professionals from all the different options to the attention to detail. My guests are still talking about it days later! Absolutely recommend will be coming up with something else to host just to work with him again!

What can I say about Chef Chris and his team? I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris for my wedding weekend out in the east end, and from our initial communication through to the end of the celebration I was truly pleased and impressed. From the moment I first connected with Chris, who was referred to me by a close family friend for whom he has worked for many years, I knew I was in good hands. His attention to detail and easy, relaxed energy truly put me at ease while planning such an important occasion. The attention to detail that he put into crafting each of the menus was obvious from the outset, and before tasting a single creation of his I knew he would deliver. Needless to say he exceeded even my high expectations, serving up a superbly delicious, meticulously executed wedding celebration that left each of my guests blown away. I truly enjoyed the energy he brought to the proceedings, which can best be described as calm, warm and easy, and it was amazing to see he and his team in the kitchen so carefully and easily executing their work. His ability to tailor the menu to suit a myriad of tastes, as well as his genuinely fun, friendly demeanor. As for the food, it was truly perfect, and I dont say that lightly. Every dish was flawlessly plated, every bite more delicious than the last. I would highly, highly recommend Chef Chris for any occasion or event you may be hosting. His professionalism, friendliness, and skill at leaving everyone blown away by what theyve just eaten is reason enough to seek him out, and I cannot thank him enough for making the most important occasion in mine and my husbands life thus far that more more memorable due to his incredible talent. I cannot wait to work with him again!
