Excellent! I attended an event here. The service was outstanding ...the food excellent, the bar was fun. The staff was very welcoming. I'll be back for dinner soon. PS: it's a short walk from Grand Central Station, which makes it very convenient. THIS IS AN UPDATE: Cibo has closed due to non-renewal of their lease. It's really a shame because it was one of the best all around restaurants in the area.11/15/2017

In JetBlue terminal at JFK and my experience at CIBO is always horrible. The electronic menu to place my order I can never figure out. The people making the sandwiches call your number when they start making it then ignore you and you don't know what they want from you. They are not stick with the meat. You say no onions on your order and they put onions. This place is worthless. A lot needs fixing.

very pleasant. excellent service. nice decor, warm and quiet. good food (the bread wasn't my favorite), reasonable prices. I will be back.
