Our carpet hasnt been cleaned in probably ten years other than us spot cleaning with a store bought carpet cleaner. They showed up on time and did superior work on our carpet. It truly looks brand new. Will use again regularly from here forward Highly recommend this rug cleaning company

Our cat pied on our expensive fluffy couch! the smell was strong, tried many different product. Nothing Worked. Thought that was it. Brandon was extremely professional, courteous, and clean! He was able to lift all of the YEAR OLD stains off of my carpet and even set up walkway mats and wall protectors so there was no extra mess. I would recommend him and Rug Cleaning In NYC Cleaning to anyone! Very impressed! He definitely cares about his customers and the work he does!

I found this company on google and they had good reviews. So I decided to try them out and prayed for the best. I had two area rugs one of them was Snow White and had very little foot traffic.when the technicians came they were informative and detailed on what to expect. When I got the rugs back I was amazed by the results, they looked like new. Glad I found you guys. Thank you Rug Cleaning In NYC!

Rug Cleaning in NYC came out and cleaned all of the carpet in my house. The technician who did the work was very polite, professional, and did a great job. The next morning, after the carpet had some time to dry, I noticed a small area that didn't get as clean as I had hoped. I called and asked if they would send someone back out to do a bit of touch-up. I was very politely told yes and a few days later a technician came and re-cleaned the small area. He was very polite and professional as well. If I'm being honest, I was being a bit particular because the carpet wasn't very old, but they did it anyhow and couldn't have been nicer or more professional about it. This isn't the first time I've used Rug Cleaning in NYC and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.
