Oriental Rug Cleaning NYC

I called on Thursday and they put me on their schedule for Saturday because I was moving in Sunday. I was very grateful they could squeeze me in. Communication was on point and the carpets looked great. Apparently the previous owners had a pet problem that I didnt know about. The company volunteered to come out a second time to deodorize the carpet, even though the smell could be coming from many different places. Awesome quality and communication. Very professional and kind. Andrew did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and took the time to explain the products he was using. We've been calling Oriental rug cleaning company since the 90s. Always happy to have the big red van in our driveway. Today we had Dani -- prompt and courteous - he was careful with our furniture.
