We ordered 2 small cow foot soup, one had no cow foot just lot of green vegetables and carrots and no dumplings the other had one small piece. I was very disappointed. This is the second time this happened. If I was closer to your restaurant I would return it. You lost a customer. Very unhappy. You need to do better by your customers.

Ordered 3 dozens cocktail Patties on Dec 11th to be picked up on Dec 24th. Went to pick up the order I was told they were unaware of catered order mind you I paid $53 on Dec 11th. I had to wait until they prepared it. When it was finished she said she miscounted and it’s short one so she gave me back $2. I came home and had 1 of the parties, dough was too hard. Not impressed and will not go back. Keep in mind I was a long time patron of Golden Krust but no longer will be. That was my 2nd time going to that location . The place does not seem authentic. I am a Jamaican so I know what’s authentic. Having the Patties and a few hard dough bread. No sign of the holiday spirit. One woman ask if they had sanitizer and the cashier said no and they patron said you should have sanitizer out. I am embarrassed for that place. Very unprofessional

i ordered a large selection oxtail to go and the portion was so small that it wasn’t even enough for one person. thy change the size of the bowl. for 23.00 i might as well go to a decent restaurant and eat. they shouldn’t expect to stay open for long in harlem if such service continue.
