Memorial Sloan Kettering Josie Robertson Surgery Center

Everyone that we interacted with at MSK Josie Roberson Center, from the intake process to the anesthesia, surgery, recovery and discharge were awesome. Each individual demonstrated not only competence and professionalism, but understanding and empathy. Everyone took time to ensure that we understood the process and that any questions or concerns we had were thoroughly addressed. The facilities were very modern, well equipped and comfortable. When my cancer reoccurred my PCP advocated for MSK. From this experience, I can confirm it was a excellent recommendation. We were pleasantly overwhelmed with the positive experience and very happy we had made the decision entrust MSK with my treatment

One of the best places you can go to get surgery done and the place cares for patients amazingly. Ordering food takes away the bad hospital food stigma. Nursing staff is friendly and helpful. Be warned only 1 visitor can go to the patient at a time other will have to wait at the 3rd floor lounge area. They were very considerate even letting my aunt sleep on a bed in her sister's room.

The bedside manner here is top tier I will say. The staff is super kind, helpful and understanding. I came here with my mother for her surgery and I was notified in every step in her surgery from entry to recovery. I never felt so much at ease. Thank you to everyone here.
