Kept very clean and organized. Lobby has temperature check in and must have appointment. Very well lit and information desk right as you walk in. Valet parking as very busy street and few metered spaces.

Not sure. A friend was diagnosed with cancer there recently. The first thing they do is radiology, if they see what they think is cancer, then they schedule a biopsy. This is BEFORE you get to see an oncologist. After the biopsy, my friend was told they would need to have surgery. And unbelievably., my friend still was told that they would see the oncologist AFTER the surgery. So to make sure that the surgeon removes the cancer from the right place, they put in a probe. But, then the surgeon discovered that the other doctor put the probe in the wrong place, and it was not even noted on the medical record. Good that was caught, but now they have to do it again . And yes, they still have not seen the oncologist. My friend is wondering now if they should trust NYU with the further treatment of their cancer. And of course, NYU billed the insurance literally seconds after each procedure, even the one they messed up.
