The experience was counterproductive and frustrating. The sequence of instructions for replicating my keycard were vague when they were clearest.

None of the keys (attempted to copy 3 keys) I tried to copy work. Dont waste your money here.

The kiosk was very easy to use and, even though I had a key that needed to be reproduced elsewhere and mailed, the process did not take very long and the keys worked.
