Bank administration doesn't  care about customer service, everyones a VP who has no specialty..  no one knows what they're talking about and just want you to leave ......try ordering a checkbook cover, try explaining a zelle error....dont bother‼

Left 3 message to branch vp adviser and no return at all. Went to the bank and ask if he got my message. "Oh... I am so busy." It's your basic service to return messages. Take my money somewhere else.

People, please!!! This site at York and 86th  is a sub-branch with very limited staffing and functions---for a greater menu of banking services, just walk right past it and on up 86th---but my experiences with the human beings inside have been outstanding!  Their default setting appears to be one of helpfulness and willingness to take the time either to solve a problem or to facilitate obtaining assistance at the full-resource branches further up the street.From the security staff/greeters to Ms. Khalikova (Asst. VP) and Mr C. Green (problem solver extraordinaire), my husband, daughters and I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and competence.   We have received expert help with mortgage and estate documents, international transactions, bond transfers and opening and managing accounts here and out of state on multiple occasions (at least 5 in the past two years).  The premises are safe and clean, although construction on an adjoining building has recently made accessibility seem more limited than it actually is.  They try hard--don't dismiss this spot without a personal experience to corroborate the reviews.
