We bought an UPPAbaby Vista V2 stroller while visiting friends in NYC. Unfortunately the stroller did not arrive in the timescale expected, however it was collected from the Little Folks NYC store by UPS and lost in shipping. Little Folks offered multiple solutions to work with our itinerary (including offering to ship to Toronto which was our next stop) before providing a full refund. Shout out to Abe who helped us through this. Thanks again, and shame it didn't work out.

Wish I had seen reviews before ordering a stroller attachment. I placed my order via their website on 4/23/23 I received an order confirmation email saying they would email again when the item was shipped. According to their website orders are shipped 1-2 business days. I reached out via email on 4/28/23 as I had not received any shipping updates. 5/2/23 I get an automated email saying my order has been cancelled and refunded. No email from the actual business as why my order was cancelled. I still havent seen the money process in on my credit card statement yet, I will give it a couple more days before reaching out out again as I know it can take a few days to process but its just annoying to not know why my order was canceled with no real reason explained.

Horrible experience for a first time mom. All of the negative reviews are not a coincidence. The owners would not allow me to return car seats which were purchased for me through my baby registry (via Amazon). They were brand new, unopened in box. Amazon gives parents a full year to return items purchased from their baby registry. After 6 months, Little Folks refused to honor the return, despite Amazon confirming to me in writing that the return was valid. There was a lot of back and forth with the owners who blatantly told me they would dispute with Amazon so that I would not receive any refund. My husband had to threaten legal action for them to finally accept and allow us to exchange for another item. I will mention they charged us an additional $50 and took 10% restocking upon processing the exchange. Please just go to buy buy baby or any other retailer who will conduct honest business.
