Amazing customer service, they make you feel right at home and take the stress off of having to pick out a crib. There was a man there that was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, he seemed so passionate about the products which made us love it even more! There also the cutest pup who is super excited to play! Amazing, I had a very pleasant experience, thank you guys

We initially loved our bloom high chair, a couple of things have come to light within the short time we used it with our children. The finish and quality of the paint is poor, after wiping and cleaning only with baby wipes the paint has come off. Additionally, the choice of rubber under the chair means it crumbles and exposes the metal screw which in short order will very likely do their damage to your hard wood floors. Not what we would after purchase of a premium product.

We love all bloom products! They are highly functional and beautiful! Particularly the fresco highchair, we used it since my son was born, YES new born! So he could stay with us at dinner. We have fresco silver with navy blue seatpad for the summer and changed seatpad color to Silver for Christmas. Everyone complimented how modern and sleek the highchair is. Also, love love love the coco go rocker and foldable alma papa great to store away for the next baby :) Thank you Caitlin for the detailed demonstration.
