I would have loved to find out if this company could help me with a highly valuable Christie's estimated collection of art I possess, unfortunately I could not get past the astonishingly rude gate keeper receptionist Sophie. Fortunately I did find a true expert that I was able to discuss with directly, in length, that answered all my related questions, pleasantly and at no charge. If I do end up selling this collection I will be sending this extremely nice person a very generous care package. Sophie, NO SOUP FOR YOU!

I emailed enquiring about more information on a signature I couldnt decipher. The reply I received was frankly rude and couldnt have been given with more apologetically. Only 2 stars and the response time was very good.
