I have tried several places but none compare to my experience at Manhattan Time Service. The people here are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and know how to handle watches with care. I came here to get my Seiko Sarb033 modded with a cyclops and fluted bezel for a Datejust aesthetic style, but I was afraid of messing up if I did it myself. I saw many great reviews about Manhattan Time Service which made me feel comfortable going to them and I was not disappointed! They not only got the job done but they did it in such a quality manner. I do not see a single dust inside under the glass which usually occurs commonly when a glass is removed from the watch and replaced, yet Tomasz made sure to do this without any dust or debris getting inside on the dial. Im also very picky when it comes to symmetry and positioning, and Tomasz made sure to position the cyclops magnifier exactly at the center of the date window. I would even say that the quality control done by Manhattan Time Service is better than the quality control of Seiko themselves! The alignment, positioning, attention to detail is all at the highest level of perfection. I am beyond happy and I plan on returning to Manhattan Time Service for all my other watch needs. Tomasz taught me a lot and I could clearly see that he has such a huge passion for watches and horology, which is exactly what you want from your professional watch handler so you know your watch is in good hands. If you want to go to a watch repair store with people who are friendly, knowledgeable, and treat your watches with the absolute care, then Manhattan Time Service is the one for you.
