BAIT AND SWITCH - AVOID SPENCER POSECAI AT ALL COSTS!! He is posting ads for apartments that are no longer available - my wife and I responded to an ad that was up for 16 hours and after setting an appointment Spencer didnt even have the nerve to show up himself - he sent one of his minions and that guy had told my wife and i that the apartment that Spencer booked our showing for was taken over a week ago - totally unprofessional and a total waste of time.
