        Carlos is the MAN! He is always so nice and friendly whenever he comes by to do any necessary apartment maintenance (everyone is awesome, he just tends to be our guy when we put in requests). We have been with Avalon Bay communities for over 7 years now and wouldn't consider living elsewhere anytime soon. Everyone that works here is so friendly, it makes us feel at home. ***UPDATED ON 3/21*** Shout-out as well to Gustavo; he is so helpful and always friendly. The other day I needed to send a package so I went down (as I usually do) to get a label printed and to borrow the tape and scissors so that I could put it together and toss it in the package room...Gustavo said "I got you"...just hand it all to me and I'll get it boxed, taped and sent off. Now that is what I call service. We have lived in the AVA/Avalon for over 7 years now, and this is why...they always go the extra mile and it does feel like a family.
