My husband and I lived at Oriana for the past 5 years, and we just moved out last week because we bought a place. We LOVED our time at Oriana. Our apartment was very modern, brand new appliances, and the kitchen was gorgeous (all open and high end appliances). The doormen/concierge are very friendly and after 5 years we felt like they were our close friends! The building has a fabulous rooftop lounge with river views and two really great gyms. Overall, it's a great building, and the people who work there are very friendly and attentive. We miss it already!

I had a great experience with the management office. They were kind and welcoming. I am new to the city and the concierge and the staff are all very friendly and nice.

Me and my roommates recently had the pleasure of working with Orianas management team for an apartment listing, and the experience was exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I specifically appreciated working with Cai Lu, his transparency and honesty, making me feel confident in my decision. He took the time to answer all questions we had and explained all fees in detail so we knew exactly what were getting ourselves into.
