I had a bad experience of working with agents of this office, I complained to the manager of the office, him gave me all details and assured me that he will speak with other agent. Office manager agreed with me that his agent is non experienced and not fully trained, he even apologized to me for her behavior. I followed up with manager manager many times via call, vmail and email but unfortunately the manager never replied. New real estate agents might make mistakes, but I think mangers/brokers need to be more responsive and mindful but unfortunately I didnt find like that way

Very nice, professional people. Knowledgeable about the market. Ask for Christina Gomez.

Unfortunately my experience has been poor with this firm. The brokers are inexperienced, unprofessional, and act in the interest of landlords- not tenants. Our broker was unfamiliar with the application process for our building, both systematic and logistics-wise. She set many unrealistic expectations which ultimately cost us significant additional moving costs and stress. In addition to that, the broker is clearly operating on behalf of the landlord’s best interests- forcing us in to aggressive lease dates, not advocating for basic things like curtains in a floor to ceiling window apartment, and finally told us she had to “bow out†of helping us. I’m not sure what we paid her $12,000 to do- besides make our experience more difficult. She sent us on an extreme mission to try and set up a tenant-prompted ACH in order to accommodate direct deposit for the landlord not realizing this wasn’t possible from consumer bank accounts. I had to educate her after going to three banks to try and accommodate the request. Our broker has failed us many times and took no responsibility for her mistakes; she has done nothing to correct the many issues we are experiencing as new tenants and as we look to buy an apartment next year we will avoid this firm without exception.
