Carmel Place by Common

Common, sadly has been a step down from the previous building management. Why would you want to be "common" anyway, don't you want to be a step above? So many problems since they took over the building, it's like they are new to property management. Where the have excelled and the reason they get any stars at all is because of Anthony (the resident manager), and Oscar (the super). Oscar is hands on, responds quickly to issues, and goes above and beyond. I may add more stars in the future if Common as a whole acts more like their super and resident manager.

Nashawn helped with excellent service and knowledge to help show me around the building. Super friendly which enabled me to ask any question necessary.

My son was looking for an apartment at Carmel Place by Common while a student in NYC. Met with Nashawn Kearse very smoothly. Extremely nice, super informative person. Very genuine. Followed up with me shortly after their meeting and had all questions answered. Highly recommend working with Nashawn.

I've lived in Carmel Place for almost 10 months now after moving to NY and have found it a really great place to live. The facilities are excellent and Anthony and the team (shoutout Jay, and the new super Oscar) are always on hand to help out if needed. Would highly recommend.

Just moved in! My 1st NYC flat in years and I am impressed! Anthony gives great one to one customer service and gets stuff done despite the fact hes managing MANY properties!
