I lived at this apartment for one year. just to put down some pros and cons Pros: 1. Great great location 2. 5 star to the staff and doorman. call out to Philip Rivera & Solomon, they are really helpful and accommodating 3. small communities without worrying of crowded 4. nice view for high rise units. 5. clean and cozy internal finishes Cons: 1. low ceiling height of less than 8 feet, it took me like few weeks to get used to that 2. old building, so you might get issue like noise coming through the window or the AC noise from unit above 3. very limited amenities, a small gym

I love living in the Murray Hill Marquis. The staff and all the doormen are so friendly, it makes it a comfortable living experience to come home to.

Extremely terrible building management. Once you sign your lease do no expect to hear back from building management regarding any issues you may have. I highly recommend looking elsewhere on this basis alone. Ram Kiran (the building manager) is a bully who will verbally abuse you over the phone when you try to make light of any issues including no hot water in the showers for weeks.
